Check in: 8:30 AM CT First serve: 9:00 AM CT Sharky's Beachfront Restaurant 15201 Front Beach Rd Panama City Beach, FL 32413 WE ARE USING OUTDOOR/AVP RULES: NO lifts or doubles. Block DOES count as a touch. NO open hand tips If setting over the net, shoulders must be square to where the ball is going Open hand receive: YES on soft driven ball but MUST come out clean (no doubles). YES on hard driven ball (dig). NO on serve receive. Substitutions/Injury: If a player is injured or can no longer play, a new player can be substituted during pool play. NO substitutions outside of your registered team once playoffs have started.
